Cancellation Policy
At ALMIR, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to modify or cancel your order. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which is why we have a structured cancellation policy in place.
Please read the following terms carefully to understand when and how you can cancel your order.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
- Before Processing & Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
- After 12 Hours: If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return once you receive the item, following our Return & Warranty Policy.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be canceled once production has started.
- If a cancellation request is made before production begins, we will process a partial refund, deducting any design or material preparation costs.
